Class A did a wonderful job on fixing the vehicle. It was a wonderful experience dealing with you through out the process and I was periodically updated on the status of the repair which in car industry is unheard of! The only issue I may bring up is that I am doubtful that vehicle was completely washed. The damaged area was the passenger side which looks great just as good as brand new; the driver side of the vehicle had some powdery residue which could be wiped off. On the hood of the vehicle it felt like minute particles of dirt/dust were present. Repaired area felt completely smooth and free of any dirt/dust. Regardless, thank you for getting the vehicle back to in a timely manner and keeping me updated through the process. Thank you, Bimal Y Parekh.
