My vehicle was repaired by your company and the repair was exceptional. Too bad that my entire vehicle does not look as great as the repaired area of vehicle. My vehicle has a few scratches on both sides that I felt could have been fixed while the vehicle was being fix at your shop. Sadly no one from your company called us to see if we would like to remedy this. Now we have to get the vehicle repaired somewhere else.

No need to call me. The repairs on the car were fine. It's iust between the time I dropped off the car and picked it up, there was zero communication. I always had to call to see how things were going and get an estimate on when the car would be ready which varied greatly each time I called.
