Good Morning, Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback regarding my vehicle's condition since pick up. I want to start by also thanking ACE for the timely turn around and professionalism as far communication is concerned I am not an auto professional so some of these issues may sound uninformed but they are nevertheless an problems for me. Enclosed is a list of issues from most concerning to least: ****. My vehicle came equipped with LED lighting. The light fixtures installed are not. Because of this it has tripped a sensor and I have a constant warning indicator light on the dash board regarding the LED. 2. The passenger side bumper, fender, light fixture are not lined up correctly. The gaps are relatively obvious up close. I noticed it immediately at pick up. It appears a bracket on this side was not locked in and has left everything misaligned. Gaps also showing on hood to fender and at driver side fog light housing. 3. The car does not have a smooth finish. Feels like over spray or not enough clear coating. Not really sure why it feels like this to be honest? The front bumper is smooth to the touch but the rest of the car - even parts that have not been replaced feel unfinished. The finish is shiny and yet rough to the touch. Its concerning, I cant help thinking the clear coat that is currently applied is going to fade and paint will begin to show signs of oxidation. 3. The window control on the driver side, the button to the rear passenger window is damaged. It was returned to me stuck in the down position. I noticed it over the weekend. 4. As of today I am still smelling coolant. Not sure if it needs time to fade from the leak after the accident. But its still as strong as the day I picked up the car. I hate to be "that guy", but I purchased this car in February with long term intentions, and it currently doesn't seem right I look forward to hearing from someone soon to schedule an appointment to bring the vehicle back. Anthony, Jeff and team were superb! Got slow start with insurance co. but once adjust arrived and parts were ordered, everyone went into action with all due speed. I was impressed.
