Awesome job helping us fight with our insurance company about what parts you were putting on. I’m happy with the repair and customer service. I am not completely satisfied with the complete experience. I feel like the practice of under quoting the estimate is misleading and deceptive. As a consumer I should have the ability to make the choice of what shop gets my business. By low-balling the estimate with the intention of later submitting an additional claim to the insurance company after the work is done, prevented me from getting a full repair from any other shops in town. It was clear during the estimate process that julian’s was doing this to prevent me from using another auto body shop in town since the insurance company would send me a check based on julians low-**** amount. I should not have to sign another document so julians can get more money from the insurance company than they originally quoted on the estimate. And auto body shop with as much experience as Julians should be able to give an accurate estimate.

They are always very nice and polite to us. Everything has been done on time or earlier than tell us. They explain what’s they are going to do and how much (if any) payment is not covered by the insurance.
