We have used this body shop before, and have been pleased. The first time, our car was totaled, and even though the shop did not repair the vehicle, they treated me very well. They helped me retrieve property before the car was towed.
Soon after, our new car was backed into.
Recently the side of my van was run into by a deer.
The entire process from estimate through completion of repairs was handled smoothly. I was updated on the progress of the repairs, but not to the point of being annoyed.
My vehicle was ready on time, and was repaired perfectly, and returned completely clean.
