The customer service was fantastic. Terry called me multiple times to keep me updated on the status of my truck. He even let me come check on it halfway through the repairs. As long as I am in Tucson I will only choose Formula ****.

Formula **** was the most professional and capable auto body shop I have used. When I received my vehicle, it looked completely brand new and there wasn't a single hint of the former damage caused by a previous accident. Although I had to travel over 3 hours to get my car to Formula ****, I was able to easily plan around the distance because of the incredibly timely and consistent communication the shop provided every step of the way. Phenomenal job guys-thank you!
