Everyone I met was completely professional and when I had an emergency out of town trip and couldn’t pick up my car when scheduled, you were understanding about it. In fact, I was late bringing my car in after having had to reschedule - I must have been a nightmare customer for you but my screwups were handled very professionally. You kept me informed when there was additional work found after removing the bumper. Lastly, thank you for washing my car! I definitely noticed! If I have the misfortune to require body work done again, I would absolutely return to you.

Not only were the people at Profesional Touch courteous and professional, they were speedy. I needed a rear bumper replaced. They did the work beautifully AND they returned my car within a few days, washed and ready to go.

The Prof Touch ordered parts but then parts that were then delivered were wrong. I have no reason to think that they ordered the wrong parts. It's happened to me before in other shops, and I have to wonder if this is now "a thing" that happens too often and slows down the repair time. If this is the parts providers' error, bring some pressure to bear on them, yes? I liked the service at The Professional Touch.
