Overall the process could have been much more efficient. -Having the option to submit photos and obtain a quote online was very appealing and is why I initially chose to utilize your company. Once I did that, however, I was told I needed to bring my vehicle in for an inspection before I could schedule the repair. This was incredibly frustrating and wasted time unnecessarily. -Receiving our 2nd estimate (which was the exact same as the first) via email and then being told we needed to call in to schedule the appointment. Then calling in and being told someone would call back to confirm the appointment. -Finally, when the car was completed, the new mirror was smudged and needed to be clean and there were footprints in the car. Overall, it would have been nice if there wasn't so much back and forth and the options that were intended to make the process more efficient were actually utilized fully.

As always, the service is excellent! Everyone there goes above and beyond to make the customer feel as if they are special. Bill my advisor took care of everything and called me on a regular basis with updates on my car. When I mentioned I needed a rental car, they took care of me by taking it upon themselves to make sure State Farm was okay with Enterprise and even had them come pick me up! It was seamless and I never had to worry because they took such good care of me! This is my shop of choice. Great work. Great people. I will never go anywhere else! Lisa Reimink

I'm incredibly impressed with how Star Collision handled the repairs to my new truck from the time I had it dropped off at the shop, to the time I picked it up. Terry was very helpful in handling my insurance company and writing a thougrough estimate to make the time my truck was in the shop as short as possible. I was told it would be done on the 19th, and I picked it up today march 5th! Over 16,000 in damage, and it was only in the shop for 2 weeks. The quality of repairs are beyond impressive. The paint is perfect. Perfect color match, perfect orange peel match, and no flaws. The body work is absolutely perfect. Perfect gaps, alignment and fitnent on everything inside and out. They detailed the interior and got the air bag smell and mess 100% out. The exterior was cleaned like it just came off the showroom floor. Very impressed with all involved in the repairs to my truck. Glad to have it back so quick.

I've never had body work done to a car, this being my first time and I can honestly say CarStar did an amazing job and I am highly satisfied !

Not enough communication on your end, my car was so dirty when I got it back, it was never detailed when I got my car back, so now it's back there to get detailed and my driver side window dud not go up and down like it did before the accident, so they are fixing it now and I'm hoping to get it back the way I dropped it off at this point how I feel I would never tell a friend or family to go to you, like I said there was no communication at all.
