I was very satisfied with the service. I especially was satisfied with Frank as to the constant update on the status on the car repairs I was getting by text messages from him. That was very important to me. He also has a very nice personality and very good customer service manners. He is a very good person to have working at Service King with those great qualities at Service King.

Overall I like the texting updates and the quality of work was good , I was upset with the part where I was told it would be finished 12/12/16 in the morning , and I got a text 12/12/16 at around 3 and they told me it will be ready in the morning on 12/13/16 in the morning because they wanted to buff it and wash it , and they never called me to pick it up in the morning , I was expecting it in the morning didn't get it till 5:00 pm on 12/1316 , so just work on being punctual , I'm a comfort advisor and I always (let me rephrase that ) or most of the time turn in my jobs on time so I estimate the amount and the number of days it will take , I coordinate with my installers and they communicate with me if their will be any delays , so that if their will be another day , I can call my client so he/she can make arrangements , thank Best regards Javier Cano
