My bumper is loose. Returned today the bumper was pushed back into place. Once home is was loose again. Apparently, there is some unseen damage that is not being addressed. Since this is the second repair shop attempt repairs of this bumper. The other repair shop pushed it back in place twice with the promise if it came out the third time they would replace the bumper (request new bumper from insurance) but eventually refused when "the rubber meets the road". Additionally, during pre-inspection neither I, the insurance company or Service King noticed my headlights discoloration. I pointed this out to "Joe" when I picked up my vehicle "the discoloration". But that is as far as it went. However, it was not noticed when checked in by three different set of eyes. Thank you for your inquiry. Very Respectfully Submitted. Bentley B
