After being involved in a hit-n-run just last year, I was so not looking forward to dealing with another not at fault accident. It was a superb paint job. I was so pleased! Jay and others made this a pleasant experience and I was also happy I got it earlier than expected. It's the best paint job I've seen having seen friend's cars.

I really appreciate how well my service writer, Jay, kept in contact with me, and made me informed of what was going on with my truck on a consistent basis. He seem to be in touch with every aspect of everything that was done with my truck. He was also very friendly, professional, and was able to build a personal rapport with me that will keep me coming back to service king for anything regarding my truck.

Trim was removed but not replaced. The adhesive & foam backing from trim was left on. Screw caps were missing (although service rep has offered to order them & call me when they are available). It appears that no attempt was made to match the new paint to the old.... so it is obvious to me that work has been done. In my past experience with paint & body shops attention to detail is everything. All the service could tell me was that I didn't understand how insurance claims work. Frankly I don't care how insurance works.. only that the job gets done right. When I look at the truck now I see work that was done covering up the time that guy rear ended me. I didn't expect it to look like new.. I did expect it to look like nothing ever happened. :(

I love how I got a call and Leyton me know how far a long my car was in the process of being fixed. I also like the fact that every time I talked to the person in charge of my case she was always happy.

Terrible work, immediately came apart upon driving away, parts missing, etc. should have known better than to go to the repair facility recommended by the insurance company.
