The paint quality and match are very good. But my satisfaction ends there. The final fit of the materials and other flaws are unsatisfactory and not acceptable.
Here's a partial list of issues:
****) Rear window may be offset from center, creating uneven gap variances between window and body, as I noted last Thursday.
2) Paint near passenger side of rear window is chipped or scratched -- in several spots.
3) In attempt to reposition rear driver's side door last Thursday, your technician dented the chrome molding on the rear window and made a small dimple (minor) in the door surface.
4) Rear driver's side door still does not fit properly, creating uneven gap variances between door and body.
5) In attempt to reposition the fit of the bumper last Thursday, some paint (minor) was rubbed off revealing primed surface.
6) Large ****/4" gap in fit of trunk liner to repaired surface.
7) Pinstripe placement on repaired surface is set about ****/8" off from the original.

The customer service was good and explained the repair work clearly. They completed the repair work 1day advance and i am very happy about it. Only concern was there was a minor scratch which was unattended and also there was dust in the car trunk possibly formed due to the repair work but not cleaned. Otherwise i am fully satisfied with the work.

I was originally distraught upon bringing my vehicle in after being rear ended by a texting driver. I had had previous work or recalls, etc, done on my car and trusted only the Nissan dealership in getting my car repaired. Matt in collision was excellent! Even the on-site Enterprise was very accommodating and put me in a Nissan Rogue; I was like, "Hmmm, I like this!" But, I wanted my car back. It was fixed like new with a lifetime warranty guarantee. Once again, I was so pleased with Matt's work,personality, reassurance, and keeping me up to date on every step of the way of the repairs. Great job!!!

The car dealer wasted my time. I wasn't inform of the progress of my vehicle. I was given an expected finishing time, but the agent in charge of my car never informed me about any delays. I got to the dealer thinking my car was ready only to find out they weren't even done.
