The representative, Matt Salvato, was very helpful and professional. He explained every detail about the repairs and why they were or were not needed. Helped me get an estimate for my insurance company. Gave me a solid estimate that did not change at all throughout the repairs. He did not make any promises or put anything on the estimate that was not completed. He listened to every concern and request I had about the repair and assured me that genuine Nissan parts would be used. Assisted me in understanding what I needed for my rental car reservation. Kept me in touch with the insurance company, rental car agency, service department and the body shop to coordinate for me everything that needed to be completed while my vehicle was at the shop. My vehicle is like new again, this was one of the best experiences that I have had with any dealership, service department or body shop hands down. I would definitely recommend Mossy Nissan and continue to do business there if I need anything in the future.

Im not exactly sure where to start? Never in my life have I ever given a perfect review. There is always room to do better but the service and staff (the friendly receptionist and Matt) that I encountered at Mossy was beyond excellent. Well once I got home and looked closer I should have just taken my vehicle to a no name body shop for the work Nissan did. I'm also gonna have to get it detailed and cleaned from all the dust inside the vehicle.
