Horrible. It took almost 6 weeks for me to get my car back. I had to call EVERY week multiple times a week to get updates on my car. I had to pay a car payment and a rental car for the time they had my car. My sister got listed on December 1st on the transplant list an received a heart quicker than they fixed my car. It is ridiculous and disappointing.

Very friendly and courteous staff! I was told 5-7 days and they were done in 3! The car looks great! They detailed it too! I love them and will tel everyone I know how fantastic they are!

I had a scratch on one side that was merely touched up. Once the insurance company was involved perhaps they should have replaced rather than touched up. Kinda my fault too though.

Like the way they keep us informed of the progress, and date of the vehicle being done. Would definitely use there repair shop is the future if needed. However would never use Enterprize rental ever again. Don’t feel I was treated with respect, and called customer service to vent my frustration.
