I cannot think the guys at Tim’s enough for not letting my insurance company put aftermarket parts on my brand new truck. Tim's called me and let me Know that that’s what was being attempted by my insurance company. These guys really treat your car like it’s their own I would recommend them to anybody.

It should have been done on Monday but not done until Wednesday because of wrong parts..witch I understand mistakes happen. Not a big deal. The thing that made me and my son feel uncomfortable was when he went to pick the car up the lady at the desk told him that they have not received payment so he had to call me and I told the lady again that State Farm said they took care of it and the guy from your shop said it was all good...she still made us feel like were trying to pull one over on her...State Farm approved the work so we feel you should not pressure the customer for payment when it should not have been a issue. Lack of communication on your part. The repair seems good.
