This is the best experience that I’ve ever had with a business that has anything to do with the auto industry. The estimate for my repairs was within dollars of the final cost. I was kept up to date with the progress of the car repairs from text messages, I never had to make one call to Tim’s as I was always in the loop. The car was finished exactly when estimate predicted. The work is amazing, my car looks brand new. If you’re using any other body shop, I'm sorry.

The repair seems to be excellent. I had a little problem with the notification system, though. I liked being advised of progress, but when the delivery date shifted, I wasn’t advised. Because I live in Decatur, pickup is a three hour event, not just a matter of running across town. I was not advised on Wednesday that pickup had slipped a day until I called late in the day. Then on Thursday, I had to call in to make sure I could pic up late that day. In the meantime, I had other meetings in Decatur set for Thursday and Friday. So while your notification system is a good idea, it needs a little fine tuning and some human intervention. Thank you for your fine work and friendly service.

Everyone I spoke to was so nice. They listened to all my questions. I was kept up to date. Since I was going out of town for the holiday weekend, they made sure my car was finished a day early. Great experience. Even better than the old Tatman’s that I always used!
