Please pay more attention to detail. Upon inspection I found several issues that should have been addressed before calling the job "complete". Maybe having 2 different people inspect & sign off on the final job report would prevent this from happening in the future. Finding mistakes or incomplete repairs reduces customer confidence and trust in your company. DR

Our dealership suggested we take our car to you! It was great advice well taken! I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Soon I met with Matt who gave me an estimate along with his card. I appreciated that he told me to call him for any questions or concerns.
Who ever worked on our La Cross We would like to thank them for a great job and a timely finish!
One of the things I really liked was the texted updates that were sent to my phone. Here they kept me up to date showing when our car arrived, when it was started and a projected finish time. Several texts were sent during the two and a half days they had our car.
Wonderful job to all, and should we require auto body service again, Tims Auto Body will be our choice!

Great communication about the progress of the job, the repairs look excellent, I appreciate that my vehicle was returned cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off and everyone we dealt with was professional and very pleasant to deal with. I couldn't have asked for better service!
