Great job and fastteam was very courteous i love yall

Though I was aware I had a deductible with my insurance I made a check out ahead of time; I was nonplused when the garage guy came by to say the three of the four metal tire rims of the Cruze loaner had been damaged i.e. scrapped probably because I hit a curb or something else. I relayed that no such thing had happened as I am a very careful driver despite two accidents in my Trax, not my fault. I then recalled and told him that I took the vehicle to the car wash twice. Being that the vehicle tires are smaller in size and the rims are closer to the ground I concluded to him it was from having the car washed and the rims rubbing against the track that guided the vehicle through the wash. Lesson learned, don't have the vehicle that's loaned to you ever washed no matter how grungy it becomes. He then noted to me that one of the tires was losing pressure. I explained I called the dealer the day before and talked to Dave in Collision. I relayed my concern to Dave and he said it was probably due to cold conditions. The day I returned the vehicle, the same man who noted the rim damage said there was a nail in the tire. All of these issues cost me an additional $225. $25 for tire repair which I could have gone to Discount or Belle Tire and had the repair done for free. And since he said only three of the four rims were damaged I was charged an additional $50?? I think your dealer is the best and will always remain a customer. However, this guy was more accusatory that a gentleman. I was not just angry but pissed. On a special note; The great service I've received from salesman Gary Tenn's and representative Danika(sp?) are beyond great and my trust in your dealership will not change. Thank you for asking.
