there is something wrong with the suspension on the car. I had my son drive it after I got home (because he is the main driver) and he agreed with me. I noticed it just pulling out of your lot. It seemed to "bounce" at every bump I hit. I also thought it seemed like the wheels sounded noisy. I told my son to call you tomorrow (Friday) and possibly bring it back out there on the way to work so it can be checked out further.

Very kind and helpful staff both on day of accident and upon pick up. I appreciated the update call. And when I picked up my vehicle, the staff had wiped down the interior and vacuumed my car. It was noticed and greatly appreciated. And the loaner car was a savior. Thank you so much!!

They did great! I was very happy! They matched the paint better then the dealership! You can’t even tell work was done. They were very friendly. This is my first new car, I have never filed a claim before and they walked me through it with amazing patience. I got a loaner car for free and had to keep it for a few extra days due to my working schedule and they had no issue with that! The customer service was great! How ever both loaner cars I took had pre existing issue. I think the loaners should be serviced better and inspected before they are sent out.
