So far the car is okay.The only thing was the dirty finger prints on the roof padding inside the car. I Will clean them off the padding using soap and water.I would say there was hand prints inside the passenger door and 4 prints in the back of the Subaru upper padding.
I did need to reset some of the software to what I was used to when driving on the monitor in the driving view area.I had to clean the back passenger seat off of dirt.Remember this is a new car.I keep it spotless. In all it seems ok.If not I will let you know. Thank you,DONNA W

Time will tell.
Only negative is shop is “shoe horned” into inadequate space and parking poses a problem sometimes.
Owners might consider moving to new or larger space if cash flow permits.

Service was great. Although, I had been receiving text messages that my car would be ready at 4pm one set date for 4 days. On the day it was ready, I received a call at 1030 to pick it up by noon. I was at work and unable to accommodate this. The receptionist told me to give my credit card over the phone or I would need to wait till Monday. Luckily I was able to have a family member help me.
Please fix this text message response. If I wasnt able to get help, this situation could have been very difficult for me.

The work looks great, appreciated the timely updates by text. Only thing that was a little awkward was that the morning I got a text saying it was on schedule to be finished July 3 that same afternoon I got a text saying that it was ready which June 27. Based on July 3 completion date I had gone ahead and rented a car just the day before on June 26 and could’ve saved the rental fee had I known it was going to be ready the day it was indeed ready. That being said I am thrilled w the work and that it was completed such a timely manner.

The work looked nice, and was done ahead of Schedule. Upon pickup, I had to point out the nameplate was not installed on the drivers door. There was adhesive still on the paint behind the rear door. The interior smells strongly of adhesive. The seats, dash, and doors had what appeared to be paint buffing residue on them that was then smeared during the “clean out”. A yellow push tab (part) was still on the center console. In the past, I have seen A & D preform better work.
