My car looks horrible. The bumper and trim pieces are not aligned properly, the paint blend is not blended well, the new headlight has a Crack in it, and to top it off the car was not washed after they wet sanded it. I have an appointment Monday morning for it to go back in.

My complaint is not a huge one, but since I was not "completely" happy at pick-up, I thought I should tell you why. There were 2 pieces of trim that belonged on the outside of the car behind the rear-view mirrors, which had been taken off and tossed onto the seat of the car. ****) The damage to my car was all in the back, so I don't know why these were removed. 2) It seems like they could have been returned to their proper place and not just left on the seat for me to figure out what they were and where they belonged. Also -- considering the extent of the time & repairs involved, a nice customer service measure would have been to return the car in a "cleaned up" condition. Thank you for taking time to obtain feedback.
