While I'm sad that it was a stolen catalytic converter that brought us together (twice in the last six weeks), I cannot say enough good things about A-Carr's Carstar. Max & Esther were welcoming, accommodating and communicative. And on top of that, my car was ready days earlier than expected--both times. They're wonderful!

CARSTAR A-Carr's service for my Toyota is without doubt the best service I ever received at a body shop or other repair place. The people there clearly explained the process for repairing the collision damage to my car, made it easy for my insurance to approve the work, and kept me informed as the repair was being done and when it would be completed. They actually finished the job a day ahead of schedule, and the quality of the work was excellent. Thank you so much for a job well done!
