My truck was in the collision center for five weeks. It was a minor repair (which was fixed) and repaint order. In spite of two attempts to match the color, the result was not a correct match. We are very dissapointed and will not return to Schomp Collision in the future, nor will we recommend it to others.

Repairs were done intge time quoted. Good communication. I didn't need to do anything regarding payment as it was handled directly by shop and insurance. Repairs are outstanding.

Delay after delay after delay after delay after delay with zero communication. We called every week, and they would tell us "two more weeks" every time. We never got an update unless we called for an update. We never got notification that anything was delayed. The customer service people were perfectly nice, and you could tell they were just so severely understaffed that they never had time to take any initiative to communicate with customers. To top it all off, they didn't even finish fastening the carpet on the inside of our trunk--but I wouldn't dare bring this back in to Schomp, because I can't afford to be without my car for another two months. We would never consider bringing a car to Schomp again, and we would never consider buying a car from Schomp either.

Communication was poor, I had to call to get updates on my vehicle. New minor damage was done to my vehicle that was overlooked prior to me inspecting the vehicle.

Poor to no follow up.... Car sat in shop for 2.5 weeks before it was looked at and parts ordered..then took another 6 +/- weeks to get back for a very minor repair.

This took over 3 months to take care of, and when i called to get an eta all i got was excuses about other issues and other customers. Finally i received an update 2 months later to acknowledge my auto part was always in stock. No discount or compensation for my 3 month wait, i will never return and will never recommend Schomp to anyone and even removed my Schomp license plate cover.

We appreciate Anna Waldron working with us on fixing our vehicle. She went above and beyond working with the insurance company, the timeline on the repair and providing guidance on transportation to and from the shop. She provided RTD train information that helped us coordinate our travel to and from the shop.
