We had to return the vehicle two times for additional repairs. The window was not replaced as it was supposed to be. It had scratches on it. When I called, I was originally told it had scratches because it was a remanufactured window.
We told the service writer to check the front end of the Edge because tge driver’s door was popping & creaking, even though the damage was to the RFQ panel. The door was still popping & catching when we picked it up.
The bulb to the right front turn signal was loose, and the vehicke had to be returned to check it.
