I appreciated being informed of the progress of my repairs with the pictures.

We were scheduled to have the collision damage repaired and also a headlight replaced and tire fixed. When I picked up the car I realized on my way home that something was wrong...I turned around and went back. The technician forgot to put the screws/bolts back on the part above the tire where they needed to access the light bulb which was causing an awful air or scraping noise. When I got home the second time my husband realized that the screws/bolts for the bumper were also missing and it is loose. So, we will now need to go back a third time to have it fixed / finished correctly. Quite a hassle! The customer service reps were nice and helpful (they were very fast to fix the first mistake) however it is quite disappointing to discover such negligence on the repair end and makes me hesitant to ever return to Mathew's Ford for service. I'm having a hard time understanding how something like this can happen. Very disappointed.

The workmanship on my truck was great, but the length of time you had it was not at all convenient as I use this truck in my business and rental trucks were not available.

All my repairs were completed in the timeframe I was given. There was no inconvenience on my part whatsoever. All my questions were answered and I loved having the online view to see the progress every day.

I spent 7000 on my truck because of what Matthews said was the problem with my truck and I live 3 miles from the location and my truck broke down before I was even able to get it home and they now want another 7000 on top of what I have already spent saying there is other problems not happy at all lousy service I have spoke with many mechanics about this and they all said the mechanic should have seen all these problem when diagnosing the problem that I paid for
