My experience was great from the start. Jamie arranged to have my expedition's tail light cover temporarily fixed so I wouldn't have to rent a car to go on vacation. Then he arranged to have a loaner explorer for me to drive when i dropped off my expedition. With my driveway being a large steep hill, that was greatly appreciated.
The online updates were very informative and interesting to see pictures of the progression. Thanks for an awesome experience!

The scratches that were to be filled in were done in such a way it made it look worse than what it was. The repair was fine. But the scratches not good.
