Personally I prefer a good quality job than anything. Although I wasn't too happy to loose $433 for damages that I did not make and feel like should cost much less for what I believe is a minor repair job, their customer service was impeccable. They made contact with me prior, during and after receiving their services. They are very thorough with documentation. And the people were very very friendly. Definitely made me feel like you are at a mom and pops car shop. Thank you.

Sideview mirror was replaced with one that was not identical to the original. A replacement has been ordered, but it will take time away from my other responsibilities to get the correct mirror installed.
