Though my vehicle needed some major repairs done, it took entirely too long and miscommunication between the shop and my insurance company. After me finally getting my car back, I experienced a few issues, which were corrected on two separate occasions. East Coast, however, have been very patient and kind in improving my experience along the way. Even gave me a discount. My car will never be the same, but East Coast does give me hope that it can still be almost like new, with care and attention. They informed me of the warranty guaranteed.
