After someone hitting my wife in a parking lot I called Pfeiffer collision center after hearing so many good thing about them from my co-workers, my advisor was Rob he explained how their process worked and went over and Beyond for myself and my wife from arranging an enterprise car to keeping us updated on the status of the work that was being done, when it was all completed me and my wife arrived there and we were greater by a kind gentleman named Jered he went over the repairs and we inspected our Jeep and it was perfect, hands down one of the best facilities and staff I've ever worked with thank you Rob and Jered for the great work. We will return

Thank you for going way above your quality service.
I really appreciated the ride to pickup my finished vehicle at your shop.
Since I had no car rental or anyone to drop me off at the shop. My only other method of getting there would have been walking. Thank you Scott and the young man that picked me up today.
Thank goodness for email. Your daily emails on the status of my car made me feel special.

After picking up my vehicle I return with it because the right front headlight was not working. I took it back thought it was repair drove off and it's yet not working. Will take it back in Monday other than that everything is good. Everyone was very courteous

Email is not the preferred form of communication when time is of the essence. If work is potentially going to be held up a call is more efficient.

My car was in your shop from Wednesday
after the accident til 3 pm Friday. And when
I picked it up the repair was INCOMPLETE.
I am disappointed that someone wasn't sent
wherever the missing part was located to
pick it up such that the car would have been
repaired 100% in one visit. Excuses do not
make for happy Lincoln owners. Even FedX
offers overnight shipping.
This service was totally unlike the last time I
was a customer of your repair center; sadly.
