Picked up my vehicle and the work looked impeccable, everyone was incredible and nice. The only problem is that the check engine light came on while was driving home. Other than that I was completely satisfied!

8/29/2017 First time I've used Sewall. I have never, in any industry, had better customer service. You not only did an outstanding job with my car- you also have a customer for life. In addition, you've also sold a vehicle. My next purchase of a car/SUV- as well as my wife's will be from Sewall. I'm not even going to shop other dealerships. It is the very first time in my 49 years of living I felt like I could have 100% trust in in a service department. I have no doubt I'll have the same with the sales department. Thank you Sewall. You did a fine mechanical repair as far as I have noted today the work seems excellent. The problem came in when my insurance company farmers Insurance reading incremental progression data from you as everything is on time right up to the minute of not being on time. It's those unfortunately last minute things my car was not ready as promised and the next day still I was misinformed as to how my car was to be delivered or being picked up and riding back to pick up my car. I'm self-employed and run a pretty tight ship being so I had to call and cancel one of my very important meetings with a New client . However I was giving a token compensation for my inconvenience. I would have much better carry on my schedule as planned however in the future if I need your services and under the circumstances I hope not but just in case yes I would return my vehicle for repair again so you did and good job again and I do appreciate the expertise applied in repairing my vehicle. I look forward to possibly talking with you in the future on a new or newer Lexus thank you very much I do appreciate you in allowing me to give you this feedback thank you Sewell Lexus I do appreciate it.
