Ashley really did look after us and our Subi. She provided feedback on the repair status regularly and made sure the repair was done properly. We got a new car back when it was all done!
And she looked after the rental car at the end as well.

Deposited the check from my insurance company to pay for my repairs because I wasn't informed that I could indorse it over to Meszaros. Then when I tried to pay, it wouldn't let me because my deposit was pending. This was on Veterans Day and myself being a veteran, they wouldn't even work out a plan to process the payment a day later. This forced me to pay an extra day on my rental car. Was very displeased with management and won't return to Meszaros again.

Meszaros don't care about customer service. All Meszaros wants is my insurance money and once they got the check in their hands, they treated me with contmept. Meszaros took far too long to complete minor body work and Tommy Nguyen (at Maszaros) NEVER called nor emailed me to provide update during the 2 weeks my vehcile was in the shop. Apparently, he sent email to the wrong email address but he sits in front of his computer ALL DAY like he is writing some software program. He is busy either Day Trading or running his Internet Business on the computer while the customer waits to get his attention. Will never recommend Meszaros to anyone with so many choices in Houston for body shops.
