I was very satisfied with the quality of work. But I feel the timeliness and/or communication could use improvement. The original repair estimate was one week, but it actually took 3 weeks. I'm fine with that, but each day my wife called, she would always be told "it should be ready tomorrow..." Again, if proper repairs are going to take 2 weeks, that's fine, ease just tell us that.

The estimate on my car was done in March 2023. The car didn’t go into the shop till September 2023 and I didn’t get my car back till November 30, 2023. I called multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle because I was using another vehicle that cost me over $600 in fuel while I was waiting for this car to get finished and all they did was take $250 off my $500 deductible which I think they should’ve erased the whole deductible. Very sad even the USAA adjuster called to find out what the hold up was , very disappointing never use this shop again

No call needed. Communication was the problem. Lack of communication on the status of my vehicle. When my husband checked on my car you had no idea where the keys were or what vehicle? Really, not what I call customer service. Maybe have a better organized office and contact customers at least weekly or bi-weekly on the status of their vehicle.
