Ine of the best service places I've been. I was debating if I should take the car to the dealership or not! I’m very pleased with my choice. The manager Mr. Peter is all I would hope for. My car is fixed and process was painless.

Pete and everyone I encountered, including John at Enterprise, was helpful and efficient. I was kept updated and informed about the progress on my car, and am very happy with the repair. I appreciate the great car wash too!

Took way too long and then we had to call and keep following up as to progress even though there were text messages, they where unreliable. Also could improve on telephone courtesy, the last two folks spoke so fast when they answered the phone I wasn't sure I had called the right place.

The Cubbage and Geico team was superb! I was delightfully greeted and they offered superior service! Great team! I admit I was reluntant because of the negative reviews, but I didn't find any of the comments to be true. Pete the service rep for Geico waaaasss awesome! Rental was trouble free. Keep up the good work team Geico!

I had an incredible experience at Cubbage Collision. The staff were curteous, friendly, and performed immaculate service. The Enterprise representative who assisted me too was a winner. He was professional, helpful, and got me on my way in no time! 5 out of 5 stars all around. Thank you!!

The work was done well but the communication was terrible. It would be better if they never send updates at all. I was told to ignore the updates and wait for a call. I waited 4 days before I decided to show up to talk with a manager, I was finally given a reasonable answer as to when my car would be completed (which is all I wanted). Secondly, my interior was full of wet spots and smudges, I'm not sure if cleaning my interior was part of the repair but I could CLEARLY see where someone wiped my interior and just left the wetness to dry. I'm ok with that because i wanted my car asap, but I would rather them not clean it at all them try a rush the job. Outside of those minor things everything was cool. 3.75/5 in my opinion.
