Moody's Collision Centers - South Portland

I thought everyone was very nice and thorough, and my car looks good as new! There were a couple of things that made my experience less than ideal: - There was a broken machine (booth?) when my car was with Moody's, which of course delayed the work on my car. However, this wasn't communicated in a very timely fashion - I spent around a week without hearing from Moody's (the job was initially estimated for 2 days); my car ended up spending almost two weeks in the shop. - The interior + exterior detailing was very appreciated; however! Whoever was cleaning my car left their beverage in my vehicle; threw away some things I was keeping (face masks), and left a smudge of cleaner on a spot of tree resin that I have not been able to remove. Also, the cleaner used is VERY strong-smelling. I've been airing my car out for days and it still is very perfumed.

The only complaint I have is that I had to make several calls regarding the status of my repair. Every time I called I was told that I would be updated. I always had to call to find out about my repair.

Great work getting our truck repaired after we hit a deer. The truck looks as close to brand new as a 20 year old truck can! We highly recommend Moody’s!

There was no communication about the progress of the repairs. I understand that things change, but the estimate was five days. It took 3 weeks. I called to check on progress because I had a rental car that was partially covered by insurance but I was also paying out of pocket. I would suggest some sort of system to keep customers updated through text or email. That said, every employee I spoke to was friendly and helpful and I have absolutely no issues with them or the repairs themselves.

Everything was done well, on time, and in a very professional and kind fashion.

My vehicle had a minor dent to fix and to be painted. Looks good so far and they were extremely fast in turning the job around. I thought I would be without my car for more than a week and I dropped it off on Tuesday and it was done Friday. Very happy about that.
