Imperial did a very nice job repairing the right front of my Lexus . At all stages of the work, all staff were very customer focused and efficient. This is a very professional operation, which is great because one usually is grumpy when one has to go to an autoshop!

I received wonderful service from start to finish. I never made an appointment for an estimate but the nice woman at the front accommodated me. I really liked the email updates. My Honda looked fantastic when I picked it up. The workmanship was excellent. I'm very impressed and am very happy I brought it here.

My engine is running sluggish and not consistent with how it was when I dropped off my car for repair @ Imperial. I have spoken and communicated with Kevin. He had the mechanic take a look at the car, but was unable to correct the problem. Kevin acknowledged that there isa noticeable issue with the engine, but is unable to resolve at this time. I very much need my car running as it was prior to Imperial working on it. I don't think that is too much to ask and I've been very patient up to this point. Thank you, James RIchards
