my repairs took a significant time, which was fine. the damage was labor intensive to fix and i understood that. the issue i was having was that the first week you had my car communication was amazing.. i felt like your number one cuatomer.. then there was additional damage and the updates dropped to nothing. i had to keep calling to see what was going on with my car. the answers and updates i was given were vague at best.. i get a lot of women dont know a whole lot about cars but some of us do.. and i get explaining what youre doing can be complicated.. but were working on it... doesnt tell me anything. doesnt give me a clue where your at in the repair process or anything at all really. other than the lack of communication for the 45 days you had my car.. everything was great. and im sorry if i was pushy or rude sometimes but you had my baby.. and i had no clue what was happening with her 90% of the time.. i just wanted to know she was okay.
