One comment. When the coordinator for the repair project is absent on any given day, another person should be tasked to be a temporary point of contact, especially if a vehicle may be completed in that day.

This is the second time I brought this vehicle to this shop in spanaway. The first time it took s bit longer then expected and had to call them myself for an update. Once I got the car back the new headlight had moisture in it. Was told they would get a new one and call me when it's in, never got a call. Same car got hit again a month later and I brought it back into the same shop. Was told and reassured my car would be done on a set date. I had to call them on said date for pick up and was told it needed another day for parts to arrive. This happen 3 days in a row. Went in on 4th day for pick up at 4:15pm. Agent told me the car should be done about 12-**** pm. The car was still not completed and was forced to wait another hour and half. Car was completed! Went out for inspection and the driver rear tail light wasn't replaced. Now I must come back to get that replace when the part comes in. Other then all that the work is well done. I like the paint job on both front and rear bumper skins. The personnel are very friendly and attentive.

Appalling amount of time taken for such a small dent. Person on phone couldn't get the story straight and contradicted almost every text status update. My wife was hung up on 3 times while trying to ascertain what was really happening. I got stuck with an SUV for my daily 98 mile commute that whole time you guys were screwing things up costing me a small fortune in extra gas. My car was driveable so why the hell couldn't I have driven it until a NEW door arrived? I JUST got that car. I LOVE that car. I waited a LONG time to get it. I trusted your company and you failed miserably. Offered nothing but pathetic excuses and further delays. You could have done SOMETHING to try and make it right. The level of 'customer service' experienced reflects directly on your business model, and owners. Absolutely appalled.

My original estimate was for two weeks. The total repairs took almost 7 weeks. The completion date was changed more than 5 times; for anywhere between one day, to one week. For the first 3 extensions I was not notified at all; I had to contact Carstar each time to find out about the extension. My estimator was AL. He was very friendly but could never give me an answer as to why it kept getting extended. I have absolutely no answer as to why a 2 week estimate was increased by more than %300 to almost 7 weeks. The repairs look just fine to me, but I will never utilize your services again. I will also caution anyone seeking recommendations about collision repair shops, about my poor experience with you.

I really appreciated the professional and knowledgeable service from start to finish of my experience. The ladies who handled the phone and scheduling were excellent and everyone I came in contact with was respectful and efficient. The work looks GREAT! And thank you for washing and cleaning the inside of my truck!

Rep who said he would keep me informed didn't. I had to keep calling him to get any information. Six weeks of "it'll be ready Friday or next Friday.
