I'm satisfied with the work that was done but not satisfied with all the confusion getting the parts to get the job started. Was told one thing then ****/2 hour later told something else. Very frustrating.

CATSTAR has shown nothing but professionalism and kindness the second I dropped my car off to be repaired. They were quic, efficient, and so kind! I was involved in a hit and run and the situation was awful. CARSTAR lemon communication and repaired my car quickly! I will definitely be back if needed.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car and the overall experience at CARSTAR. The staff was very friendly and professional and I loved the text updates. I felt like I knew exactly what was going on with my car every day that it was in the shop. Thanks to Trudy for helping me navigate the process of renting a car and for answering all my questions. Excellent overall experience. My car was repaired in a quick and timely fashion. The office staff were pleasant and the shop guys did a great job repairing the damage. In addition they washed and vacuumed my car. Great job guys thank you!

Very professional!!!! I liked the text updates. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. She kept me updated on the status of my deductible from my insurance company (collision vs upd). My car was done earlier than expected which was awesome. The estimator was very quick and made sure usaa got the estimate immediately. I actually work for an insurance company in claims and now feel really good about sending our insureds to carstar.
