Fred at Waterford Collision made the entire repair process very easy. They called shortly after I spoke to my insurance company to schedule an appointment for the next day and were able to get my vehicle in right away. Fred clearly explained all the repairs that would be done to my vehicle and an estimated completion date. The vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and I am happy with the repairs. They even cleaned the entire vehicle inside and out even though the damage was only to the outside rear of the vehicle. My daughter even commented on how clean the truck was. Great Service!

communication through the repair process could have been a little better, as delays were not explained through the automated status system. Appreciate the periodic emails, they just don't have any detail.
