Syrena did an awesome job on my bumper and customer service was superb. This was my 3rd visit to Syrena Their work is top of the line!
I wasn't happy with the lady who answered the phone when I asked how I would go about going through my neighbors insurance for the damages to my vehicle. She was very short and didn't not seem to want to provide detailed instructions. Thankfully someone else came on the phone and explained to me step by step what I needed to do. From that moment everything went extremely smooth. Bob took care of me and was super friendly and the work to my car was completed very quickly. I will be sure to recommend Syrena to all my friends and family for their auto body repair needs. Thank you Syrena!!!
