My experience at Toyota in Irving was great! Everyone there at the company work really hard as a team to complete the repairs on my car, and I was very satisfied with the finish product. I asked Bernard to make sure not to screwdriver my license plate on my front bumper. He advised me no problem he would put the plate in the window. He did. It follow instructions. So now I have a new bumper with 2 screw holes in it! He said sorry which was nice but he knows he did not follow instructions and I am not happy about it. No resoultuon was offered, just a "sorry".
