My Camry looks like new ! This is the first time I have had to put it in a shop for repairs . I appreciated that Jessica was always there to assist . I called twice to check on my vehicle , talked to Ryan . Ryan called me once - to say it was ready . Because he told me both times that he always liked to touch his vehicles and then get back with the customers , I did expect that I would receive a text or something . I thank you for your excellent professional repair work , and U hope when I see you again it’s to buy a new car! Thank you !!

My problems started from the moment I walked into the collision center. The receptionist was unwelcoming and quite frankly active inconvenience dollar presence. When she found out that someone was driving my vehicle and she hollered across the showroom floor to Randy the farmers representative. He didn't stood up walked towards me and said in passing without stopping"I don't do driveable cars on Fridays." And then kept on walking without ever making eye contact with me or stopping to introduce himself. I left Furious. I then called and spoke to the manager to convince me to come back on Monday. Upon my return I was actually walking by the receptionist who directed me to Randy. The same reception form him. No apology no introduction very short and limited information. 3 days went by and I found out they were going to judge my vehicle be a total loss. Which I 100% disagree with I had already received one bed for $2,900. And you guys said that it was going to be $6,800. With no significant reason why. I judge this to be Randy trying his hardest to make it as difficult as possible. And also trying to take my vehicle up and you guys are refusing to put it back together. There is no significant mechanical damage listed in your bed. I drove vehicle onto your lot should be able to drive the vehicle off your lot. It is my property. my insurance agent the adjuster everyone feels the exact same way about me and you she's difficult to deal with and quite frankly job period another week and I still don't have my vehicle I received text saying thank you for picking it up but haven't picked it up. The communication has been terrible I haven't even spoken to Randy's and dropping it off. Hopefully soon I'll get a resolution to this and be able to drive my vehicle off of your lot to somewhere else to have the work done.

Prompt and friendly service. This is why I have all the service performed on my car at Toyota of Irving. Never even considered taking it anywhere else for this particular repair because I know Toyota will stand behind their service and repairs.

Toyota of Irving employers were helpful, professional, knowledgeable of their work. Provided me with updates on my vehicle and the repairs, and the completion time was fast and done right. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I was very satisfied with my experience and my vehicle.

Ryan Gould was extremely helpful even though You couldn’t get parts from Tesla to do the repairs. Ryan continued to help us make arrangements To transfer our Tesla to Trade Secret Collision who Is an authorized Tesla repair shop. Because of the Service provided by Ryan we would use Irving Toyota in the future without question.
