Daniel and the team at Toyota of Irving did a great job of repairing my Tundra!

I want to give a special thanks to Daniel at Toyota of Irving. He called me multiple times to keep me in the loop and up to date on my vehicle repair timeline. I truly appreciated his kindness and patience with me as I kept asking him questions about the process. He even made sure I got my vehicle back as quickly as possible because of the small window of time I had available to pick it up. I will recommend this location to everyone but especially to Daniel because good service is hard to find and needs to be appreciated.

After I picked up truck and left I noticed that the handle that goes on roof in driver rear was laying in the backseat. I went back and they installed it immediately. There is some residue on the outside of the windshield that I’m guessing was used in the process of PDR.

The whole process was quick and efficient. I was inform at each step of the repair process and was notified as soon vehicle was available. They even help me direct me with Enterprise for my rental. I will strongly recommend them.

I am not satisfied with the work since the interior lights of my toyota now do not light. Today i went and report it .i need a quick response.

I can’t say that I’m happy with the service I was provided.. I will honestly consider going else where if I ever have an issue with my Tacoma

Missed promised deadline. Twice. Cost me extra funds because you didn’t extend car rental with insurance company as was promised. Never called once to tell me car would be late. Never called when car was ready. When I called I was just told sorry your rep is not in the office. So when a rep is out you guys apparently shut down customer service? Lousy excuses and screwing a customer out of money because of your inactions is unacceptable. I should have known you had no responsible management on my first visit. But what do I expect when the receptionist is either on her phone texting and eating every time I’ve been there. The least of her concerns are helping customers. I had to ask her twice on the phone to speak to a manager in Alec’s absence. When I came to pick up the truck, I had to wait for her to finish her food before she would call a manger to come assist me.

Service was excellent
