Everyone very courteous,professional and friendly. Customer service was excellent. However when giving loaner cars they should be of same size of vehicle you are leaving for repair. Loaners should be free for customers. Just held liable for gas used of damage while loaned out. Thanks

The personnel were wonderful. However, after I picked up my vehicle I realized the window on the door of the right side that was repaired did not open. I called the collision repair consultant and arranged to take my car back tomorrow, which requires time off from work since I work in Fort Worth and would not make it back before the dealership's closing.

Collison Repair Consultant was helpful but could have kept me update better. He only called me once shortly after I dropped my vehicle off. He returned one of my calls for an update after a having my vehicle for a week but it took him several hours to call back. He told me it should be ready the day later in the day. I called around 2 pm the next day and he told me it would be ready around 4:30. I should have called again before going, but after arriving after 4:30 I was told it would be ready until today after noon. I had to call him around 2:30 to find out it was in fact ready. I know delays are inevetible but I felt he could have kept me apprised better. I did appreciate him suppling me with some touch up paint.

I asked for daily text message updates but only received updates on the day I dropped off and after I picked up my vehicle. My phone number was never input to your web site, so I was unable to check status on the web site. I was asked several times by your car rental folks "how long will I need the car?" Good question. After dropping off, I was called and told I needed to give them the mechanical key that goes with my fob. This would have been nice to know when I gave my consultant my fob. I also still have a quality issue with the work. All of the fasteners for the bumper deck were loose and the plastic insert around the latch anchor is missing. So, I now have to return again to have the issue corrected.

Wonderful staff! So helpful and just really kind! I'll be coming back if I need my car repaired again and plan to buy a Toyota when I get the money. Best team ever! They worked with me on everything!

I don't appreciate the repair staff jamming out to their music on my car radio, draining the battery and then calling me on the phone, lying to me by saying that not only had the ground been disconnected and that things like this just happen, but then telling me I had to purchase a new battery for my car. This is totally unacceptable. I dropped my car off for it to be repaired from my collision, not to be used as a personal jam box and then expected to pay out of pocket for the empoyee's fun. I do expect a phone call from the service manager so that I can let him/her know how this was discovered. I have also contacted my insurance to let them know of the total rip off allowed from this shop so that they can take appropriate action from there.

Everything was handled with profession; however my reverse light on the side of the collision has not worked since it was returned. Probably an easy fix and I am sure they will be glad to fix things. Overall a 10 on customer service!

Truck returned with part missing Once all the parts are installed after another trip I hope to be satisfied Also I was told the shuttle would pick me up in 10 minutes but it was over an hour
