There was some work that wasn't completed to my standards. I called and brought my vehicle back to have it looked at. Someone immediately inspected it with me, was in agreeable and I have been assured it will be repaired with new parts. I now just need to call to set up another appointment since the new part is in. Thus far I've been very satisfied with the friendliness and ease of working with the staff.

Thank you for fixing the bumper on my car on time and accommodating me and my fiance. The car came back looking great and was spotless on the interior. Once again thank you! Merry Christmas!

I really appreciated the text messages regarding the progress on my car. I also got a bit of an extension on my rental car and pick up time based on being an hour away which made everything very convenient for me. This was my first accident I was dealing with, so the fact that everyone was helpful, kind and informative through every step made a lot of my nerves go away. I am glad I chose Hillcrest to fix my car. My car was definitely in good hands!

I was happy with the work but was not pleased with how the interior looked when i picked it up. It should have been cleaned before it was given back to me. There was metal shavings and pieces of plastic all over. It was even in the center console.
