My car took to long to be fixed and then when it was finally supposedly done the sbumper was not replaced. I had to bring this to carstar s attention. After 10 days in the shop and car not fixed properly according to the invoice I now have to bring it back AGAIN. I took my car today because I needed it for my family vacation out of town. This is the second time my car has been repaired at carstar and I have had to bring it back. The first time the paint repairs had missed spots. I now have to take more time off of work and rent a car AGain for a repair that should have been done the first time. How do you miss a bumper replacement. Also the constant emails saying my car is ready and then I get emails saying it is not. Not satisfied Did not like the fact that I myself had to check my own car out after paper work was signed. Most concerned about paperwork and getting paid. As far as I am concerned carstar submitting false paperwork for a job that was not completed. To me that is insurance fraud. Not a happy customer

Relying on the insurance companies estimate and not doing your own resulted in the repair taking 3 times longer. Not sure if you would have seen all the damage repair needed, but that's what makes my experience with you disappointing.

Quick and painless great experience

I was surprised at how easy the process of getting a rental and leaving my car at your shp, then returning the rental and picking up my car. Very easy.

paint job is perfect. But I am not happy with bumper installation job. My bumper is not appropriate installed. And there is minor scratched inside my car.

A better notification process would have been great, or a real person calling. Workman ship was great, as far as I can tell. Haven't had a chance to thoroughly inspect it.

We received a call that our car was done with just enough time to pick it up before closing. As we we're driving home the front of our car was making a rattling noise like something (one or more of the panels or fender) is loose. Also the drivers side mirror, which was supposed to be fixed, is loose within the frame and shakes, making it practically unusable. I called back first thing this morning during business hours that were listed and I was told there is nothing that can be done until Monday morning and the gentleman I spoke to was rather unhelpful.

Unfortunately, I've had to use your service a few times that last couple of years. In my opinion, you have done a great job each time returning my car(s) in basically off the factory line condition! Paint and body parts have always been a perfect match. The extra step of cleaning the interior is also a welcome bonus!
