The car where the repairs were done looks good, no problems so far however, the wires hanging and the smell from the paint is something I could have done with out. I don't totally blame Alpine for the hanging wires I think GEICO as the adjuster really should have caught this.

While everyone was nice and polite there were multiple issues on communications and follow through. My initial drop off window was Monday morning 9-12 and was supposed to include having a rental set up, but the rental was not set up. This moved vehicle drop off to closing on 9-13, thus delaying the start of repairs on my vehicle a day. It seems I got only some of the e-mail updates. On the morning of the 14th I got an update that work had started and that I would get an update soon with estimated completion time. None came all day so I called shortly before closing to discover that additional damage was found (that i was never notified of) and they were having to rework teh estimate. On the 19th I got a notification that vehicle repairs would be complete on the 20th and I'd get an update when repairs were finished. No update ever came so I called before closing on the 20th to find out my car would not be ready until the 21st. This extension caused be to both have to extend my rental car an extra day (I paid for the rental out of pocket - not an insurance rental) and to have to take additional time off of work to facilitate pickup on the 21st. If notification of the delay had been provided it would have allowed me more flexibility in resolving the issues caused by the delay.

I'm happy with repair but I totally NOT happy with front desk services. WORST THEN VERY POOL. I'll NEVER go back there to services again and I'll not recommending for ANYONE'S and I'll rate for ONE STAR FOR ANYONE CAN SEE THAT!.
