Michael went over and beyond what was expected. He contacted Experian car rental and saved me a lot of money with them. He is also extremely courteous and loves his job. thank you again. All other employees were very courteous and friendly. Made my experience less stressful.

Been dealing with Alpine for years, my whole family has since their shop was on 14th and Lansing. I grew up on 13th and Lansing and my parents are still in that location. Even though I had an unfortunate accident was excited to see Alpine on State Farm's select service link! Always a pleasure doing business with them and know my vehicle will come out AMAZING!!! NOTHING BUT GREAT SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS! I liked the text updates also. Thank you Alpine, I hope I don't see you anytime soon.

There is tape lines on the windshield trim that are a tell tale sign that paint work has been done, there is orange peel on the dot as well as dirt in the paint. Some dirt is very visible.

Mike definetely made me feel unwelcome. Every time he had a question he also had a rude condescending tone like I had no say in anything. Every time i gave him an answer he would cut me off and tell me "that's not what insurance said". Sure enough I got what I told him done because he said to go through insurance. He also accused me of lying and saying that there was previous damage and that he's not going to fix it. I got everything fixed that I needed done thanks to my insurance. He also disregarded my request of not starting the car because the engine is damaged and it will damage it more if he started it. When I confronted him he said that I never told him that lying to my face. He didn't want to listen to anyone including my insurance and is very disrespectful. I hope that's not how this company treats all of their customers.
