The up front people were great the car looks good, the only thing there looks like a spot that was miss I guess due it might not have been part or the repair. But if I knew I would have paid the extra to have it fixed. Overall great work and service.

One of the hinge covers for the tail gate is still missing, I wasn't told it was on order or anything. Otherwise I'm very happy with the quality of the repair.

My experience was pretty good until I came in to pick up my car. The girl that processed my bill was not personable, friendly or outgoing. I was very happy with the overall experience, but disappointed at the end with the service at the counter.

I would have appreciated being able to inspect the work with someone - indoors. A few issues: my memory seat function does not appear operational, panel gaps appear to be wider than before, and there are more than just a few grease marks on the sunroof and new headliner.

I was supposed to received email updates and I never got the first one. I only received an update when I called and complained. My truck was not ready when promised and 6 days after I dropped it off it was still in the disassembly stage.
