There is stuff in the paint and the truck has to go back for warranty repairs. It wastes alot of our time taking it back to get looked at then again for repairs. These issues should have been caught before the truck was returned.

anyone at Carstar that I ever spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service was phenomenal!! The work they did on my hail damage was great, too!
The only thing that was frustrating was the timeline. I was originally told repairs would take 2-4 weeks. I took dropped it off with them on ****/23/24 and didn’t get it back until 2/29/24. I totally understand that doing a great job takes time and it would definitely not be good to rush through it, but man, I sure missed my car for 5 weeks!
Overall, I am very satisfied with Carstar, and would definitely use them again in the future.

Parts broken during disassembly resulting in new parts ordered causing delay of several weeks. Rear bumper panel originally painted wrong color. Minor damage caused to driver side rear corner panel which had to be painted. Driver side interior floor board and lower section of driver's door was very dirty - obvious dirty shoe was used to push open the door. Simple use of cheap paper floor mat would have reduced amount of dirt left on floor board. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The repair took several weeks and had 2 QC issues. The fuel door was stuck shut and the rear wiper washer fluid didn’t work. Although the wiper issue was since fixed, I was told the stuck fuel door wasn’t your fault because you didn’t take it off the car. But you were working in that area and I brought it in with a functioning fuel door on a 2021 model with 28,000 miles. To be told it wasn’t your fault was disheartening. Of course it was either due to the accident or your repair efforts. It’s insulting to suggest otherwise.

Told them about my window faulting when I was hit. They wouldn’t even look at it because she said she couldn’t relate it to the accident. Now my car has been at the dealership for a week getting the pinched window glide fixed. Which happens when something impacts the car. Not only was my simple repair a 37 day repair my car is out another week at the dealership. Awesome. Thanks
